Firstly let me congratulate Matt and John, the two eldest members of our Pack on their moving up to Troop 83 BSA… Scoutmaster John Kozac was on-hand to accept his proud new recruits with the ceremonial presentation of red neckerchiefs. In addition to losing two of our Scouts, our Cubmaster Joe has also moved up with his son and will no longer be serving as Cubmaster of Pack 83. In addition to presenting Matt with the Arrow of Light, I also had the privilege of presenting his father Joe with a six-year Service Star for his years of service and leadership to Kenilworth Pack 83. Joe had forewarned me for some time that this day would be coming and on Saturday evening he proudly but gladly has passed the torch to me. Together with the help of all the parents I hope to make Pack 83 thrive and grow. While not all memories can be captured to photos or scenes I hope that this website can serve as a chronicle of their scouting experiences. As the new Cubmaster of Pack 83 I would like to say:
